  Obituary	Bobby Franklin Swears (Lumby), 45, of Boise, died July 10, 1981 of a heart attack at the home of his twin sister in Idaho Falls, following a motorcycle accident earlier in the day. He was born October 10, 1935 in Lewistown, Montana to Frank and Margaret Simpson Swears. They moved to Idaho Falls and he attended Mud Lake, Shelley and Idaho Falls schools. He served with the Army in Korea. He married Maria Nunez in 1965 in El Paso, Texas and they were later divorced. He lived in Various areas in the Southwest and moved to Boise in 1972, where he operated his own heating and air conditioning business. He married Sarah Johnson in Boise in 1978, and they were later separated. He was a member of the LDS Church. Survivors include two sons, Bobby Walters Swears in the Army at Fort Irwin, California, and Kenneth Wayne Swears of San Francisco; four daughters, Mrs. Kurt (Debbie) Rideout of Orlando, Florida, Theresa Louise Swears of Boise, Deanne Swears of Idaho Falls and Ithula Swears of Boise; his mother, Mrs. Margaret Ackaret of Idaho Falls; step-father, Walter Lumby of Firth; twin sister, Mrs. Betty Neville of Idaho FAlls, sister, Mrs. Ellen Blackburn of Rexburg; and a step brother, Ray Lumby of Idaho Falls. Services will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. William Warren of the Gethsemane Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
